1. What Kintsu is.

Kintsu ("we", "us") provides AI-generated relationship and personality insight readings, intended for entertainment and self-reflection only. Kintsu is not a fortune-telling service, and does not provide professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility.

You must be 18 or older to use Kintsu. By using Kintsu you confirm that you are at least 18.

3. No guarantees.

Our readings are interpretive and for reflection. We make no guarantee of any outcome, including any romantic, reconciliation, or relationship result. Readings are offered for closure and self-understanding, never as a promise about the future or about another person's intentions.

4. Your content.

You provide information (such as birth date and a description of your situation) so we can generate your reading. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. We do not host public or user-to-user content.

5. Acceptable use.

You agree not to use Kintsu to harass, stalk, manipulate, or harm any person, or for any unlawful purpose. See our Content Policy.

6. Payment and refunds.

Paid readings are billed through our payment provider (Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record). If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review a refund in good faith.

7. Intellectual property.

Your reading is generated for your personal use. The Kintsu name, content framework, and software are ours.

8. Privacy.

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability.

Kintsu is provided "as is", for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading.
